1. Appreciate each others work
Actions: Achievement of the workers must be appreciated, so it can add to their motivation. Do not let them feel that they did a great job but instead let them feel that they need to exert more effort. Also, you need to train and tell them the right way so, to make it more productive.
2. Eliminate Crab Mentality
Actions: If you think the workers have potential, then we need to find how to tweak it. Do not let it go away, enhance it and build it until you get the point.
3. Agent need coach
Actions: Agents need a coach… like a student needs a teacher.
4. Listen and Do it!
Action: If everybody has an idea on doing things and let them speak and open things, But wait.. you get it wrong because it’s not very helpful. Orders need to be follow, if not.. plans will not work out as well as it is messed up!
