Mozilla firefox browser is my main browser whenever I am ready to open sites and search engines. Internet explorer is secondary and opera is the another option if IE is not available. I just hate IE, it has a lot of debug issues and if you notice this site is not reading at IE. Mozilla Firefox is the best!!

1. Appreciate each others work
Actions: Achievement of the workers must be appreciated, so it can add to their motivation. Do not let them feel that they did a great job but instead let them feel that they need to exert more effort. Also, you need to train and tell them the right way so, to make it more productive.
2. Eliminate Crab Mentality
Actions: If you think the workers have potential, then we need to find how to tweak it. Do not let it go away, enhance it and build it until you get the point.
3. Agent need coach
Actions: Agents need a coach… like a student needs a teacher.
4. Listen and Do it!
Action: If everybody has an idea on doing things and let them speak and open things, But wait.. you get it wrong because it’s not very helpful. Orders need to be follow, if not.. plans will not work out as well as it is messed up!

Building and uploading useful videos to videoblogs such as metacafe, youtube and others. Traffic Geyser is a good software to distribute. We need to find free sites, not paid sites, right? Join and create new social networking media sites like facebook, digg, twitter, mixx, ning etc.. OMG.. a lot of work but it will benefit your site.
I started building my own site (www.theresacaguioa.com) and, it is just for fun to find out how internet marketing online is beneficial. And, I see that it really helps you because, they digg and stumble your articles (w/c I myself don’t know if it’s good), so far that explains it. We’ll posting ads too are good, people find you!
The very important key is to be visible and as I listen to the MP3 Recording “Winning New Clients with Innovative Offline and Word of Mouth Marketing Strategies” yesterday. I, 100% agree on it. Offline- I have done this on my previous job on my local area. Joining organization, meetings and being friendly to people and not telling them that you are selling something, for me that works. I was a offline marketer of a website and printing services in our local area and, now I’m learning the Online Virtual Know How and helps me and enhance my capabilities.
